I took the bus to school today - haven't done that in a long time.
I was visiting Frances Holland School to talk to the sixth form about my life as a songwriter and musician. It was loads of fun - for me, anyway.
It made me think how much I'm going to miss performing over the next few weeks as I try to get another novel written on time. So maybe I will do a few more gigs than I'd planned. I never could focus on just one thing at a time.
Hi to everyone I met at Frances Holland today - thanks for the great welcome and interesting chat. I'm expecting to see at least a few of you at some point in the future on my travels through the music industry.
