Just watched the third episode of 'Lost'. I'm really enjoying it - especially the artfully contrived twists, placed perfectly along its running time. A lesson in TV writing.
So far it's not up there with the three greatest TV creations: The Sopranos, The Simpsons and Seinfeld. But that's asking a bit much.
Funny thing is that there seem to be so many other TV series called 'Lost'. I watched the one where contestants are blindfolded and dropped half-way round the world. They have to work out where they are and then, with hardly any money, race back to the Statue of Liberty. That was quite fun.
