I have a new website! This is all terribly exciting. But wait, modify your excitement. Curb your enthusiasm. For two reasons: first, 80 per cent of the content is the same as the old website. Second, if you try to look at it on an ipad or a phone it won't work.
Oh no, now you're miserable. Don't be! Look on the bright side:
Lots of the content is the same, but not all of it! There's a whole bunch of NEW STUFF. Yes, the new stuff is still about me. I can't do anything about that. It's my website. But the new stuff is pretty good. There are new interviews with me, some new book recommendations and some new pieces about my approach to writing.
And even if you don't like the new content, the old content looks better than ever because it's all so flashy and swishy and brightly coloured. That is, after all, what the internet looks like these days. Not the dull, stationary business that old website did so well.
Finally, for those few of you who do like to access this internet thingummy via a mobile phone-a-ma-jig or an i-pad-ulicious gamuffim, there is now a new, stripped-down version of the full site that should be accessible, even in your super-modern world.
All of these things, and the chance to make a little picture of my head spin around, can be discovered at www.joecraig.co.uk
See you there.
