I've just been sent this little item about someone trying to smuggle pigeons into Australia by keeping them stuffed down his trouser legs. (Live pigeons, obviously.)
Did he really think he was going to get away with it?
I think when you have seeds hidden in your money belt and an egg in each pocket, you really want to get caught.

The aubergine line is a classic.
Reminds me of the time I went to Australia and tried to smuggle in a dangerous brie(and two live pigeons down my trousers and and undeclared aubergine.)
