Ever tried it?
I did for the first time today.
We rolled along to the car park of our nearest tube station, and confused commuters.
It's quite fun. But sadly no good as a practical means of transport.
Also, skiing has considerable advantages - for one, when you fall, you fall on snow.
Until they start covering tube station car parks in snow...
