I watched it again tonight - La Regle du Jeu.
It really does get better every time I see it. I only wish my French was better so I didn't have to rely on the subtitles. Maybe one day I'll know the film so well that I won't have to read the subtitles. I'll know the script by heart. Then I could act it out to myself on quiet afternoons. Not sure how I'll do the hunting scene.
Also, the UK DVD is missing most of the features that the US version has. Hmph. Looks like I'll be buying it again, then.
