TV Revolt

How about this for a piece of news:
"Japanese television viewers appear to have launched a full-scale revolt against the publicly supported NHK network, with at least 397,000 people refusing to pay their required subscription fee, the Tokyo daily Yomiuri Shimbun reported today."
How about we all get together and do that to the BBC?

Yeah but BBC`s law is completely different. There is no penalty if you don`t pay NHK`s fee. Rightly so - NHK is by far the worst tv station I have ever seen in the 10 different countries I have lived in.

Sure, BBC is too dictatorial but the quality is SO high compared to NHK.
