Brondesbury Under Eleven League Update

One of the things I do in my spare time is coaching the under eleven cricket team at Brondesbury Cricket Club.
There's one match to go - tomorrow night, against Hampstead. They've already beaten us twice this season (once in the league, once in the cup semi-final) so everybody at Brondesbury will be keen for a win - including me.
It's also crucial to deciding the final league positions. This is how the top three places stand:

North Middlesex: played 9, won 6, lost 1, no result 2, points 64
Brondesbury: played 9, won 5, lost 2, no result 2, points 54
Hampstead: played 8, won 3, lost 1, no result 4, points 38

It's 10 points for a win, 2 points for a game with no result.

North Middlesex are playing North London tonight, in their last game of the season. If they win, they win the league. If they don't, Brondesbury have the chance to go level with them at the top of the table by beating Hampstead on Thursday.

Even if North Middlesex win the league, Brondesbury still need to beat Hampstead on Thursday to avoid the possibility of slipping into third place, as Hampstead have a game in hand.

It's all to play for...

You can come and cheer on your favourite Under Eleven Cricket team at 6pm tomorrow night, at Brondesbury Cricket Ground, Harman Drive, London NW2 2EB.

Ho hum fraid I'm not commenting on the cricket, except to say that it all sounds thrilling. Go Brondesbury Go! No what I want to say is that I've just put Joseph Craig into google and your website comes up third (not that I'm trying to avoid work or anything...). How cool is that!! Put Katy Savage into google and the thing that comes up third is real estate in Texas. Anyhoo I think that this is all fab. Especially the bowling figures.
